What are concurrent users?

Concurrent users = how many people can be logged in at the same time. Create unlimited staff logins; your plan controls simultaneous use. Add more at $45 CAD/user/month.

What’s included in the Startup Fee?

Guided implementation with configuration, import templates, role/permission setup, test-day validation, and role-based training (hours per plan).

Do you offer monthly billing?

Yes—pricing shown is monthly CAD. Annual options available on request.

Are there other costs?

Common extras: hardware (printers/drawers/scanners), Windows licensing, optional on-site training/travel, and merchant processing fees from your provider. Custom work (e.g., Harbour scripts) is quoted separately.

Can I change plans later?

Yes—upgrade in place; your catalog, users, and configuration stay intact.
